What is included in the session?
The 60-minute conversation, advice based on the context you bring, and a written recap. The recap summarizes our discussion; it does not include new research or a separate investigation.
System reviews, formal assessment reports, process maps, software setup, troubleshooting, SOP development, and automation builds are scoped separately.
What if I need more than advice?
