I’ve always been the person who looks at a messy process and genuinely enjoys figuring out a better way through it. Today, I work with growing businesses, non-profits, and community organizations to build the behind-the-scenes systems that make daily work feel a whole lot lighter.

• Financial services & development banking taught me the discipline of strong systems and getting the fine details right.
• Running my own e-commerce store taught me firsthand what it feels like to wear every single hat, and how fast small operational leaks turn into pure exhaustion.
• Leading operations for a venture-backed beauty brand taught me how to grow a small team into one running an international retail brand across the US, UK, and Canada, including a 4X increase in revenue along the way.

Operations and AI aren’t two separate things I do. My operations background is what makes the AI work useful in the first place. I understand how businesses actually run behind the scenes, where processes break down, and how to make complicated things practical, and that’s exactly the lens I bring when I help a team use AI. I’m not teaching tools for their own sake. I’m helping people use AI to improve how their business actually operates.

What keeps me in this work is simple: good operations shape more than efficiency. They shape confidence, give you back your headspace, and create room to grow instead of spending every day reacting to it.
