I’ve always enjoyed making sense of the moving parts, figuring out what’s getting in the way, and finding a way forward that actually works.

Today, I bring that same approach to growing businesses making the day-to-day easier to manage and building systems that can keep up with where they’re headed.

That thread has followed me throughout my 20+ year career:

• Financial services & development banking was where I led my first system implementation, learning a brand-new platform fast enough to guide the vendor’s setup and train the team on it.
• Running my own e-commerce business taught me firsthand what it feels like to wear every hat, and how quickly small problems behind the scenes can turn into exhaustion.
• Leading operations for a growing beauty brand showed me what it takes behind the scenes to support a small team operating across the US, UK, and Canada, while the business grew 4X.

I look at how the work actually gets done first, then use systems, automation, and AI thoughtfully to make the business easier to run.
